The new Accor organization begins to be implemented progressively throughout the first quarter of the year

Announced in July 2022, Accor’s new organization now begins to be implemented, progressively, throughout the first quarter of the year, based on local legislation, in particular regarding the obligations of consultation with the bodies employee representation. The new structure will enable the group to accelerate growth and better address market developments, offer the highest possible levels of service to all stakeholders, facilitate accurate and effective service to guest needs and expectations, as well as provide clarity and performance to partners.

Under the leadership of Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Group CEO, and Jean-Jacques Morin, Deputy CEO, since January 1, 2023, Accor’s operations now have two dedicated divisions: “Premium, Midscale & Economy” and “Luxury & Lifestyle”, both supported by a Board of Directors and a Shared Global Platform, which guarantees expertise and services to both divisions, including the Digital, Technology and Purchasing areas.

The “Premium, Midscale & Economy” division, which brings together brands from these segments of the group, will be structured into four regions. Below is the Executive Committee under the leadership of Jean-Jacques Morin as CEO:

To take advantage of this new organization of Accor’s operating structure, a Board of Directors chaired by Sébastien Bazin was created. This body ensures coherence and alignment between the two directions, both in terms of strategic priorities and performance, and is made up as follows:
